The Antler:
The Antler is an incredible display of beauty that adorns the heads of all male members of the deer family. Mule Deer, Whitetail Deer, Elk, Moose and Caribou all carry unique sets of antlers that are shed every year during winter or spring. Then, in a period of 6 months or less, another set is grown that is usually larger and heavier than before. This amazing cycle makes the Antler the ultimate renewable resource for furniture and artwork.

Design Theory:
I like to show off each individual antler as much as possible in my creations. I like the idea that "less is more" and tend to make things that show all parts of the antler. I try to stay away from what I call "porcupine art"... chandeliers, tables and such that are just a bunch of antlers clustered together so that about all you see is a bunch of tines sticking out. I also like to use antler parts for all the small details on my fixtures, replacing the standard brass and plastic whenever possible. I use only grade "A" brown antlers on all products unless you specify otherwise.

Custom Design:
Being the optimist that I am, I believe that if you can think it, I can build it. Since antlers come in all shapes and sizes there are endless possibilities for their use. If you have an idea or need something designed for a special room, place, or person, let's discuss the possibilities and I will sketch up some ideas for you. I can also use your antlers if you like, providing a discount and some sentimental value at the same time.
